Principal organizations taking the initiative in this effort are Kanazawa University (KU) and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). The project members on the Japan side are from KU, Nagasaki University, Osaka Metropolitan University, Osaka Ohtani University and the Particle Plus company, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration between environmental science and engineering, hygienic chemistry, data science, micro-biology, pharmaceutical sciences as well as others. From Cambodia, ITC (science and engineering), the National University of Management (social sciences), the University of Health Sciences (medical sciences) will all participate. In addition, the Ministry of Environment (governmental sector) also participates for efficient social implementation.
